Colorization and Restoration

Every photograph tells a story—a frozen moment in time that holds memories, emotions, and pieces of personal history. But as time passes, these images often fade, crack, or lose their original vibrancy. Through the careful process of colorization and restoration, I aim to revive these visual stories, not just by repairing damage, but by reimagining them with new life and color.

"Same Eyes, New World"

"A portrait stitched through time—where the wide-eyed wonder of my younger self meets the quiet wisdom of who I am today. One frame, two lifetimes, woven together like a whispered memory between then and now."
A timeless tale told in brick and stone—this image captures the Carnegie Library of Monticello, Indiana, as it gracefully evolves from its storied past to its present form.

Surrealism

The image embodies surrealism, as the individual walks effortlessly across the water, defying the laws of nature, in pursuit of the distant pyramids. The tranquil surface beneath their feet reflects the sky above, creating a dreamlike symmetry where reality bends and blends with the subconscious. This scene transcends ordinary logic, evoking a sense of wonder and ambiguity, where the journey itself is as surreal as the destination.

Retro Postcard Series – Memories & Dreams
Created in Adobe Photoshop

This project involved designing vintage-inspired postcards that blend personal memories with imagined travels. The first features Westgate Resorts in Tennessee, a special place I've visited since I was five. Using warm tones and retro textures, I captured the nostalgia of family vacations in the Smoky Mountains.
The second showcases Utah, a place I dream of exploring or even living one day. Though I haven’t been there, the design reflects my curiosity and admiration for its landscapes—brought to life through bold colors and classic postcard aesthetics.
Together, these pieces reflect both cherished experiences and the excitement of future adventures.

"Digital Dreams: Abstract Realities"🍂

For this project, I transformed a standard photograph into a striking abstract design using Photoshop. By experimenting with layering, blending modes, and color manipulation, I was able to reimagine the original image into something visually dynamic and expressive. The final result features bold, vibrant colors and intriguing forms that blur the line between photography and digital art.

"Brush & Pixel"

Starting with a simple photo, I used digital brushes in Photoshop to reimagine it as a painting. Each stroke was layered to bring out emotion, texture, and movement—blurring the line between reality and artistic interpretation. The final piece feels less like a snapshot and more like a memory rendered in color and form.
For this Photoshop project, I designed a vibrant travel poster inviting people to explore the breathtaking parks of Colorado. I have imagined myself standing beneath those mountains, hiking the trails, and just captivated by the natural beauty.
